The trailer can have a specific or varied menu.And for that special occasion or party we are happy to design a menu to suit your needs.

On our menu we cover a variety from :

Refreshments - hot and cold drinks

Breakfast - sausage baps, bacon and egg baps

Grill - quarter pounder burgers, lamb burgers, veggie burgers, succulent chicken breast burgers

Fries - chips, fried chicken portions

Home Produced Welsh Lamb Produce

Bakery - Pies, Pasties, Cakes, Assorted filled Sandwiches or Baguettes

Oven  Baked - baked potatoes with a choice of fillings, warm bread served with soup

Carvery - roast pork, roast beef, roast turkey, roast lamb

Hot and Spicy - Home made chicken curry, Chilli con carne
